The Bethany Lutheran Church Foundation of Kansas is a separate 501© 3 Kansas not-for profit organization that provides financial support for the various ministries of Bethany Lutheran Church. The Foundation helps the members of Bethany make gifts (current or through their Estate documents) that will serve others and carry on the Lord’s work long after they have departed this earth. The foundation does not support the day-to-day operation needs of Bethany; rather it supports the specific needs of various ministries through the management of various Endowment and Designated Funds.

The Foundation has supported the Bethany ministries primarily in the area of education. Over the past 16 years, the Foundation has granted more than $200,000 in tuition assistance to members of Bethany attending the Seminary, Missouri Synod Schools, and Bethany Day School, as well as the Lutheran High School of Kansas City.

The Bethany Foundation works with donors to benefit both the donor and the Bethany ministry. Donors have numerous options for giving to the Bethany Foundation.
